Being older, it is often difficult to find someone to help. I finally found Steve at Wells Mobile Service and explained the issue. He listened and said he could help. He gave an estimate, responded to my home and took care of the problem with my truck.. All this in a driveway covered with snow. Wells Mobile ( Steve) has a new customer for my auto care. Thank you Steve He was polite and honest!

Had a tire we could not get off due lug nut breaking. Mechanic came out and got the job done for us on a Friday afternoon. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and respectful Highly recommend keep up the good work

Called concerning rim damaged and if they could help. Was told they could not help but he took time to find number of someone who could. In my opinion this is called "customer service". Very rare in today's society. The interesting thing was, he voluntarily recommend someone else without me asking. Highly recommend Wells Mobile Service.

Steve went above and beyond. Worked after hours and spent time fixing my car on the weekend. I was starting a new job and after multiple mechanics couldn't diagnose my car properly, he got it right in a matter of minutes. My car was fixed and ready on Saturday. He's my new go-to.
