Welsh Insurance was actually recommended to me by another trusted insurance company when I was looking for affordable coverage for my son. That’s how our relationship started. After seeing the great service (and pricing options) my son received, I decided to get quotes for myself and my wife. Our rep, Tammy, was awesome—quick to respond, super polite, patient, and really took the time to walk me through different options to make sure we found the right fit for both our needs and our budget. At one point we ran into some frustrations with the insurance company itself (not Welsh, the agency), and instead of leaving us to handle it, Tammy (along with Desiree) jumped right in and took care of everything. I cannot recommend Tammy at Welsh Insurance highly enough! I had been dealing with a confusing and seemingly endless runaround with the DMV and courts regarding my driver's license reinstatement for two years with little success. Thankfully, a Progressive agent referred me to Tammy, and it was the best call I made. Her knowledge of the SR22 process is exceptional, and she was so patient in explaining everything to me. Not only did she find me an affordable SR22 policy, but she also provided invaluable guidance on the necessary steps I need to take. Tammy's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile have made a huge difference for me.

I would not use them. I called many times with no one answering. Got a call back and was wanting to get a quote on my dad’s house since he had his policy with them and had passed away and she said I’d have to get a death certificate . I just wanted a quote for myself since I am the owner now. Tammy was very rude!!! Guess it worked out for the best cause if I have questions or needed something they never answer anyway👍
