I had my car towed here after a blowout on 57 South. I found them because of their good Google reviews. I called them and spoke with Frank while I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive and he was great to work with. In the end, he had me back on the road less than 2 hours after the blowout and that included them needing to order the new tire. Great service. Great experience. If I lived closer I would use them regularly for tires. Thanks!

I hit a huge pothole passing that cemetery on 127th near Halsted and got a flat and bent my rim. I came to them freaking out and Frank was a huge help. He ordered me a new tire and had my spare put him. Friendly service and reasonable prices

New Inner and outer tie rod ends where installed a day prior to visiting for an alignment. They have a charge policy regardless of the vehicle being serviced when you drop off the keys. I was the first customer of the day and expressed my disagreement with their policy. Of course I don't want to pay for anything extra. Service is already pricey enough. I was confident with the new parts that the alignment would occur. Turned out I was wrong. They returned my keys no charge but wasn't able to identify what other parts were worn out. Found out from another shop but content that I didn't have to pay with no service being performed that day. Things to check related to an alignment: Struts, Inner and outer tie rod ends, and / or control arms. 8/16/24

11-4-24 DO YOU HAVE $500 TO GIVE AWAY? I don't! The two stars are for the diagnostic codes I paid over $100 to get. Long story short: I paid for a repair to be done. It was not done properly, plus the car now shuts off. My vehicle is under warranty, however, I was told they can't fix the vehicle & to take it to the dealer. I was not refunded any DEALER money. Do I have to call the police & tell them I was robbed? Is it okay for a mechanic to take your money, not fix the problem, then tell you to go pay someone else a second time to fix the same problem? Does that sound ethical? How would you handle this situation? My vehicle is in bad shape. THIS IS THE COMMUNITY I LIVE IN. Thank you!

I have been getting my cars serviced at 127th Street location for over 10 years. The staff there do a fantastic job! They are always courteous, respectful, and professional. They take the time and patience to answer/explain any questions and concerns that I may have. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you to Dave and crew! (And a special thanks to the tech that does my oil change. You know who you are)
