Came here on Saturday to have a drive tire fixed on my freightliner. I was bummed feeling down & out about it b/c it was an off day for me that I wasn't suppose to be working. I think I was wearing my feelings on my face. Julio provided excellent customer service and brightened up my day by getting me in & out in no time. Julio deserves a promotion. Great job & keep up the good work!

Two months ago I came to you to get two tires plugged. I was told that they were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. I didn't believe the technician because of who I got the car from. I received a call from Mr. John and was asked to come back so that he could have a look for himself. I came back and was told the same thing about the tires being dry rotted. I told him I didn't believe him either. He asked God to be with me before I left. Wednesday last week God answered his prayer and was with me and my only child when a tire on the other side of the car cracked all up when it blew. Had a flat tire went to get the spare put on there because their tires are too expensive. They took my car put the spare on and took my belongings out of my car and didn’t put them back. I called to let them know that my belongings were not put back in my car, which was a folding chair with the attached cooler in the sleeve and a large umbrella, and they told me that my belongings was not there. I knew exactly what I had in my trunk because I looked at it when I let the trunk up for them to get the spare so watch your belongings because they might not come back to you.

Just got my car out the shop from them a week ago. I had to put it back in another shop. When they first got my car, they had it in there for THREE weeks and was trying to keep it longer until they got all the money for the warranty. They never said anything about me needing an accelerator or a battery. My Warranty company could have taken care of that. Then, they didn't refill all the fluids because I am out of Windshield Wiper fluids and ANTIFREEZE. I wouldn't even let my dog work with this company if I had one.
