Werbany Tire Town

Been customer since the 1980’s. Always had great experiences with manager John M. Was out of state and returned last year. Very disappointed John no longer there-hope he is enjoying his retirement. He earned it. Have had work done on car several times in past year. Victoria at front desk and mechanic very accommodating. Two weeks ago my “check engine” light went on. When I arrived at Werbany, I saw a man yelling at employees, really berating them. I was in the waiting area when this man said to me “come here now!!!!” I went into the service bay where he tried to hand me a tire pressure gauge saying “ check this tire pressure!!!!” I told him I would not touch it since it was greasy and I had good clothes on. He was screaming at me about low tire pressure and got right in my face. He looked

Went here to get my tires repaired after some screws punctured my tires. After the second time my wheel was making a funny sound so I checked it out to find that they had only plugged the hole and not sealed it. To make things even worse the recent plug was sticking halfway out of the tire! This prompted me to check the other tire that was repaired only to find it was also only plugged! They charged me for the price of a total seal when they only did some half-assed plug jobs. Plugs are only meant to be temporary and I was at risk of a blowout thanks to this place. When it was brought up, the owner told us to "beat it" and we had to go to another place to get the tires actually fixed. Never go here. They scammed me out of money with their shoddy work.

Fast, affordable service!!! Needed a new valve stem with a pressure sensor put on one of my SUV tires. Was in and out in 15 minutes and cost $50. Keep up the great work fellas!!

I’ve been going here for years. I trust what they tell me and I never feel ripped off. They just installed struts and shocks on my pathfinder and the shock had a manufacture fault. They replaced the shock quickly. The entire staff at Werbany made sure I was safe and replaced what needed replacing without any further charge. Gotta live an auto place that’s trustworthy. I’ll be continuing my patronage for many more years to come I hope.

Once you met the owner you’ll never want to come back again. The woman behind the counter is great, as were the techs that fixed my tire. But I will never give money to that old man again. $66 for a flat repair.
