Great mechanic shop. JD is very reasonable with his pricing and always upfront about repairs. They will get you in and out in a timely matter. As a local, I really recommend these guys for your auto repair work

Weeks did a repair a few months ago. This week, the repair broke out in the back country. Once I made it back to town, I called and within 4 hours Werks had repaired my vehicle and got me back on the road again. I was duly impressed

We had a very disappointing experience. Our vehicle was sent there through our rental car company, so we weren’t their direct customer (as in, we were not the ones paying them). However, this shouldn’t excuse the lack of basic customer service we encountered. From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house staff was notably unwelcoming—no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. The only interaction we had was when their dog approached our food, and the staff member told the dog to back off. There was no communication about the status of the car; we were only informed that the repairs were completed, approximately 4h later. They didn’t tell us what was broken / what got fixed. J.D. and his wife are both incredible people. Their customer service is exceptional and J.D.’s knowledge is amazing. We had problems with our truck while driving 1-70 home from CA. My husband called around 3pm and they said they would be willing to see us right away. I know this shop is incredibly busy, so the fact that J.D. dropped everything to help us is really incredible. He spent over 5 hours figuring out what was going on and fixing multiple issues. Our truck is running perfectly and we got home safe and sound. They took a look at my car again after having some issues after I brought it in the first time. Fixed it fast and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. They do great work, and are very kind and honest!
