Craig was amazing, he went completely above and beyond for us. We are from out of town and our car broke down on the road in the middle of corn fields right before a snowstorm!! It was nice and reassuring to be met with such professionalism and kindness in such a stressful time.

I've never had a tow truck company come as quickly as Werks did today! On a Friday afternoon at that. Craig was the driver and he was amazing!! The guy who answered the phone was amazing as well. All around the best experience I've had with a tow truck company and being a Ford owner I've had my fair share of tows. Highly recommend!!!

Towing service. Roadside Assistance arranged, but Werks communicated every step of the way as requested. They had to meet me at towing site about an hour away from my home at a certain time. Craig was extremely professional and courteous. My vehicle made it to the dealership with no issues. Highly recommend this company to others.
