I went to Werner’s in November 2022 for a quote after a tree branch fell on my roof and broke my sunroof. I waited about 3 weeks for a quote and didn’t hear back so I called into the shop. I was told the quote wasn’t ready and the owner was on vacation. I said I understood and that I would call back on Monday when the owner returned. I was told “No, give him a few days after that to get adjusted back”. I said okay and called that following Wednesday. I was told the quote still wasn’t ready. This was 4 weeks just waiting on a quote at this point. I attempted to call back again 1-2 weeks later will still no quote. It now April of 2023 and I still never heard back from them. Legend has it the quote still isn’t finished. I can’t say much for the services they provide because I never received

Great professional business. This is a small body shop that does very high-quality work. It may take you a little time to get in for service but they do great work. I have had several cars repaired there and each one came back perfect. Highly recommended.

Have taken a few vehicles to be repaired there, and every time work done was great at a very reasonable price.
