I would NOT recommend them. Things they told me didn’t add up correctly. I took my Merc CLA45 to them for a thermostat. After shortly getting it back I lost all coolant again. I had it towed back to them, and they said it’s the water pump. I had a 2nd opinion at a very well known shop and the found all kinds of stuff they did wrong. They even left my coolant reservoir cap uninstalled. Called them with what was found. They denied it all and said to bad. I would NOT recommend.

I've brought almost every one of my Volkswagen vehicles to these guys for my trivial car repairs. They have never let me down. The local dealership in town charges twice as much for parts than other dealerships in other towns. Therefore we choose to not use them. This shop knows their stuff and literally go out of their way to help out. You have to understand people.... They're Volkswagens... they break. It's what they do. I would and do recommend these guys to anyone I know with VW issues.

Saved my 2014 A4 2.0T! My car needed a reseal on my valve cover (I painted the VC) and when doing it myself I messed up. Werner's did not hesitate at all when I explained the situation. Car ended up getting all new timing components and the valve cover properly installed with new seals and supporting maintenance items. Car runs like a champ now & way smoother than before! Highly Recommend!

I remember taking our Audi to them not once but twice. most importantly this company is 100% honest!!! I would take any car to them. we buy a Audi A3 in Carmel Indiana. Beautiful Audi A3 we had a few issues the car had low miles but they reassured us that they could fix anything that we had issues with. I highly recommend taking your foreign car to this repair service. even if it's out of your way it's 100% worth it. want to thank you guys again for being honest with us and helping us with any problems that we had with the Audi A3

I'll admit that some of the reviews made me reluctant to take my 95 Mercedes in but I'm glad I did! I'm very particular about who works on my cars. The original issue for it being there was easily corrected and their thoroughness discovered bad wiring that shorted the ignition switch and could have caused major issues. I definitely recommend them over the local Mercedes dealership!
