My car randomly started making a very loud sound, it scared me so I took it to autozone to get it checked they said it wouldn’t hurt the car but it’s 2 bolts that’s rusted and loose so I didn’t stress it much but then it started making other noises it scared me cause I have no knowledge of cars so I called around to different shops looking for something affordable & this was the only shop that wouldn’t charge me for a diagnosis, got me an appointment the very next day, brought my car in & told him what was going on & all the noises, he explained it to me in a way I could understand, he fixed the problem in less than 30 mins & even gave me a discount cause he loved my story of my journey of getting my car, this will definitely be my #1 place I call/ go to/ recommend. Had them throw a Flowmaster fx on a 6.2 and it sounds fantastic. Glad Wes talked me into keeping the resonator I have zero drone. Very fast and good pricing.

The woman at the front was extremely rude and as I was just explaining my situation and told her over the phone I only have a video and do not have my car, she said I can go in and show the video but she might not be able to help get a quote.. understandable I know it’s hard without the physical car. Then after me showing the video she was full of attitude, telling me to shush and then I told her I don’t have my car and was just trying to find someone to see if they could help and she proceeded to say pay your bill or get it towed to their place but my car is at a dealership and I was just trying to compare some prices and see my options. Disappointed, I was referred to Wes' by several mechanics in the area based on his expertise and how positive experiences have been at his shop. Based on the credibility of the referrals I believe this to be true. Unfortunately Wes doesn't perform the work I needed, which is totally fine, and not the point of this negative review... but I'm disappointed about the rude woman who works the front desk treating a new customer like an annoyance. Took no time to say hello, or good bye for that matter, and did her best to shoo me out the door as quickly as possible... I came there as a stranger hoping to give my money to a business who offered a service and was treated like a trespasser.
