My dad had major back surgery and went to Wesley Glen for rehab. As soon as we arrived the nurses and housekeeping team members made us feel welcome and treated us so well. It is a clean facility. The nurses always kept me well informed of Dad's progress. The administration team walked me through all the paperwork and are so easy to talk to. Thank you for always being willing to help me and my Dad through an extremely overwhelming situation.

Wesley Glen has been a fantastic facility for my father during his rehab. The nursing staff is very patient and kind. The admin staff has been a pleasure to work with and have been very helpful in navigating through the insurance paperwork, etc. In the last couple of years, my father's health has been declining, so he has been to quite a few rehab facilities, he now requests this facility by name when he is need of rehabilitation.

My mom went to this facility after back surgery, and it was an awful experience. I would not recommend it. The physical therapy is minimal—only about 15 minutes—and don't expect timely meals or help with basic hygiene. The front desk staff lacks professionalism and customer service skills. They couldn’t even tell us when meals would be delivered or when medication would be administered. It feels more like a place where people go to deteriorate, not recover. This was a truly disappointing and frustrating experience.

Absolutely do not for ANY reason leave your family member here. There is no oversight of care in the rehab center. The “nurses” are extremely rude and incompetent. My father has a wound and it wasn’t addressed until I waited and waited for a nurse to come. When asked why it wasn’t charted she was extremely rude and said if she knew she would. Extremely rude. Rooms are filthy. I am appalled and I work in the industry in a high director position. Please do not let the CMS ratings fool you, do not put anyone in this facility.

Two red-flag serious and systemic issues: 1. My husband was admitted for rehab after major surgery and was transferred from the hospital on a Sunday afternoon. We were shocked when the staff said he wouldn’t have his evening medications because it was the weekend and their pharmacy was closed. But they knew he was coming at least four days previous because I got a text message saying his room was ready. So they had plenty of time to order his meds. The staff did not think there was a problem with this even though people need their heart and diabetes every day including weekends. No one apologized. I had to drive home to get the meds and was grateful I didn’t live far out of town. 2. For the next two days, the nurse said my husband’s incision would be looked at by the wound doctor who was
