Please do not leave your loved ones here!!! My Aunt was living in this place on the 3rd floor which is pretty independent where members are able to care for themselves. After some falls which were not reported, she moved to the 2nd floor which is significantly more expensive but is supposed to come with more assistance such as multiple checks through out the day, assistance with showers etc. When her son asked about her showers, she informed him that someone came once that week to help her. When I would visit, I would spend time killing bugs in her room. The staff speaks to these elderly people terribly. When her last fall occurred, the security guard called, not the floor nurse. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it here. I am here as an independant resident. It is a very friendly place. There are many fun activities. I particisapate in card games, trivia, and crosswords. The food is excellent. There are nail and hair cutting services, weekly bus trips to grocery and other stores. I have received vaccine boosters and flu shots here.

Wesley Woods was a great place at one time. Now they have taken all activities away from the seniors and have people working there that do not care about the residents. No one is there on the weekends. If there is an emergency on the weekend there is no help in Augusta St. John Towers.

My friend grandmother was staying here for physical rehabilitation , and was treated poorly !!! She has fallen multiple times then when they called to let us know where she was at they said Emory just to get there and find out grandma hasn’t even been check in AND WASNT EVEN THERE , we call them back to see where she was at THEY DONT EVEN KNOW !!! It’s disappointing

They don't return calls. I've left three messages over the past several days, asking about seeing the facility/ speaking to someone about my parents and getting them moved into assisted living. WEll, if nothing else, if they can't bother to return a call, then no doubt I won't be allowing my parents to live there.
