They wouldn’t pass me for an inspection because my tag light was out and told me it was an electrical issue whenever it was just the bulb. Very rude
I absolutely would rate it with zero stars but that's not a option....i tom my car over to the shop more then 2 months ago it was never worked on so we decided to take it to another shop cause we need our car we have kids and a car a necessary but when our car was picked up we was told the key to our car is lost...month later still no key we was told the owner of the shop only aloud one person to work on our car but that same person can't never be talked to or seen he's invisible I believe but if he was the one working on it then why not allow us to talk to him and find our key. The owner is very rude absolutely knows nothing of the business and refuses to help find my key or replace it which cost almost 1000$ cause I have a BMW the owner gave me 4 diff stories on where my key is but it's
I had my truck serviced with them in the past, then 3 years later I plan to go back to them and have my other car serviced but he answered my call and said " I don't have time for this" and hung up.. They just lost a customer that thought highly of them and now they lost my interest and respect for them. Suggest you to go else where.. They caught me by surprise to treat me like that... You don't realize you just lost a lifetime customer.. I have gave people your good names NOW I REFUSE TO MENTION your business if anyone askes and I will make sure to mention how awful you treated me and for them to pass you up to someone else!
It's obvious that Dave, Tim, and Joe know what they're doing. I would recommend West Brothers to anyone looking for honest and quality repairs, and classic Volvo sales. They truly enjoy working on Volvos, as well as other kinds of cars.
Had my car for almost 3 months and changed unnecessary parts. Spent 700 dollars and got it home. 2 days later it wouldn’t crank. It turned out to be something simple that they should have checked in the first place.
