West Chester Auto Sales of PA LLC

I took my car to this shop 2 years ago for an inspection after another mechanic quoted me around $3,000 in necessary repairs. This place passed the inspection and told me the only issue was a simple tail light replacement—nothing else wrong. Recently, I discovered that the inspection sticker/approval I received from them was fraudulent. I was driving around with an illegally passed vehicle that could have put me, my passengers, and others on the road at serious risk. Thankfully the car was a piece of crap and the engine blew months after this inspection. Thought I was getting good cheap work.

This guy Manual is not trustworthy and does not do what he promises. Gave him money and had him sign what it was for bc he refused to give me a quote in writing. The car is not done and the part not even ordered. Trying to help out an employee who wanted to use this garage but I do not trust him. He will not return calls.

I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic here a couple weeks ago and was VERY impressed with the service. The car has some body damage, but Moe was extremely up front and honest about this and other defects. In one day, Moe met up with me, let me test drive, had the car fully inspected at a Honda dealership, replaced all 4 tires and the battery, touched up a couple spots on the exterior AND met with me later in the evening to finalize the sale. He gave me a very good deal, and was extremely helpful all along. I would highly recommend, and plan to check here with Moe first next time I am looking to buy a car.

they'll be nice to you for a few minutes then they will begin being very condescending. a lot of dealership salesmen are pushy and they rush you into things, but these guys are another level of despicable and unhelpful. not to mention how expensive the cars are for their condition. just go around the corner to another dealership, there are plenty more that are better than this, seriously

Came here for a car inspection and it took more than two hours!!! Who does that??? I have things to do, this is my only day off and I spent it in this place, not coming back!
