I just want to leave a review for saying that West Chester transmissions is A+++ all the way. They did a fantastic job on my transmission and my car has never run like this for many years, I am so enjoying my car and so tearfully happy of getting in my car that I now get in my car happy and just feel so good, and just drives like the first day I bought it off the lot. They are fantastic people Jeff is excellent owner including Cody and Jay i believe, great professional mechanics. They are so easy to work with and they do Top A1 quality work and a very reasonable price. I'm just so happy to find someone that does great work and communicates very well. What a great place!!! Honest and fair. We took our ford explorer there with a malfunctioning transmission or so we thought. West Chester transmission diagnosed it and realized that it had some other issues and was nothing to do with the transmission. They could have taken me to the cleaners and told me.I need a new transmission and would not have had any clue. They diagnoseddiagnosed my problem and sent me on my way. Since it was not transmission related they could not fix it but I was able to take it somewhere where it could be done. I'm just happy.They are honest and didn't charge me thousands of dollars for a transmission that I didn't need and wouldn't have known whether I need it or not.If they weren't honest

Small to medium sized Local Family owned shop that services transmissions and so much more. Honest and fair priced. Won't sell unnecessary parts or services. Old school shop that does great work without the unnecessary pomp, circumstance and flair of more "pretty" (and expensive) shops.

When my 2009 Buick LaCrosse CXL, best car i ever had, transmission went recently at 188,000 miles I had it towed to the closest place, West Chester Transmission. As I thought it needed a total rebuild. They got me right in and out within 3-days and I'm happy to say running great again. Transmission is perfect, and guaranteed for 3yrs-50,000 miles. Kody and Kory are meticulous, Jeff is a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy. Nice to have a mechanic who truly cares. Always a reasonable turn around and high quality. Highly recommend!
