I had a very poor experience with this business. They told me they would have my car ready within 2 weeks. They had my car for 30 days, and not once did they ever try reaching out to give me updates. I called them every week, multiple times, and every single time I received a different excuse as to why my car was not ready. It was very inconsistent & shady. Each time I was told it would be ready “next week”. Always getting delayed and pushed back for different reasons. It finally got to the point I had to give them 24 hour notice that I will be coming to get the car. When I picked it up I had new scratches all over my trunk. I was referred to this shop by my insurance after a collision, and while the experience started off well, it quickly took a turn for the worse. Initially, communication was good, and I was told my car was ready to go. However, the moment I got into my car to drive off, every dashboard sensor went off. I immediately returned to the shop, and Michael, the manager, was great—he assured me the issue would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. Communication completely stopped after that, customer service became nonexistent, and they refused to take accountability for the issue.
