From drop off to pick up, from diagnosis to completion, from the staff in reception to the service techs on the shop floor, execution was flawless with respect to the replacement rear motor mount on my 2000 Camry XLE. The fact that Dynasty is a family owned and operated business probably has a lot to do with this refreshing experience. This was my second visit with the same result as the first. It will certainly not be my last.

Just made a 90 mile round trip to these guys. What a waste of time! Turns out they won’t work on my vehicle. I called before coming and they never asked what kind of vehicle I had. How am I to know they have cars they don’t work on if they don’t ask? No real remorse at having mislead me but were quick to remind me to consider them for future work. Not!!!
