Someone hit my car door with their car door leaving a dent and taking the paint off. As soon as the driver started acting funny I called Geico and went through their insurance. Geico set me up with an appointment here and I’m glad they did! West Coast Collision had to sand the damage and repaint both doors. Because they need 12–18 inches to properly blend the paint, the repair extended into my passenger door which also had to be repainted. Metallic colors can be tricky to match but they blended it perfectly! You’d never know there was ever any damage! They worked quickly but still nailed every detail. Great communication and seamless process for my car repair after being rear ended. Completely stress free and my car was ready for pickup much sooner than I expected. Then I was shocked when I picked my car up and the inside was spotless! It looked brand new inside and out again, the inside was detailed without any mention of it. That’s what you call amazing service I will personally never be taking a car anywhere else again they set such an amazing standard and other businesses should take note.

Would highly recommend. I worked with Steve and he was great. Super responsive every time I had any questions. They were the easiest part about my whole accident experience. My car looks amazing and she went into them looking rough. Would definitely refer anyone needing collision repair to West Coast.

I have taken multiple cars here to be fixed and this last time I was absolutely blown away with how good they did. Bill was very understanding and helpful with keeping me up to date with my car. The best surprise was when I got my car back that they detailed the whole thing inside and out. My windshield has never been so clean and my husky’s dog hair was all gone!
