I stopped in at West Coast Metric for a last minute part and they helped me out on the spot. Unfortunately I had to exchange the part the next day, but the team quickly recognized the issue and made it right, and the genuine replacement part I received was the high quality I expect from WCM. I really value businesses like WCM that support the local community with great parts and service. I look forward to coming back for my future VW needs, especially to a place that keeps the doors open to the local crowd!

Ordered new tail light assembly, received three days later, blown away by the quality, expected polished aluminum but they were chrome plated, works really great post install.

Angel was the sales rep. I provided him specific details to the restoration I was doing. When I ordered an entire seal package he sent me the wrong items and also a second set if seals. Each package cost over a thousand dollars. I was charged for them. I am not a restoration shop but an individual trying to make a cool ride. I returned the second set of seals only to have forgotten to send a few items back. West coast accounting department would not work with me and blamed me to sending them damaged items. A complete lie. They would not provide shipping labels for return and to this point has stolen over $150 in parts costs ( they kept the parts I returned without refunding me) and I also paid $50 in shipping out of my own wallet to send back to them . I ordered $2500 in product and drove 3 hours from Northern Santa Barbara county to pick up at Will Call. I was assisted by a Customer Service Rep named Angel. He was extremely cordial and helpful. After reviewing the items in the order, I found that I was missing key trim pieces that I had not added to my original order. Angel was kind enough to look up the pieces and get an order in for them so that I could take them with me at the same time. He even went and pulled the items to ensure I got the right pieces. Overall, Angel was an awesome surprise in a world that has lost touch with what Customer Service use to be.

Todd the CEO at West Coast Metric looks after customers the way us old timers are used to. I've talked to the lady that answers the phones as well as parts people, all knowledgeable and kind. They have the quality parts I need. I am doing 2 restorations simultaneously. You cant go wrong spending your money here!
