Laura you need to have some customer service ! When a place is open for business, specially if they have an appointment and you act like the customer has a plague is kinda of concerning. You get paid to do a job not have an attitude to the people who pay your bills or did you forget that! owner do better ! You can’t have ppl working who have grudges against people. Poor lack of customer service and in general just be friendly it’s free to do that 🤗

DONT NOT BUY FROM HERE I HAD MY CAR FOR LESS THAN 6 months in been having issues since the first week I’ve had it . Found out the engine is not good they charged me to fix it after that they sold me it with a bad engine!! And after my car still shut down , they won’t refund me , the won’t trade me out cars !! They just care about money and that’s it !! They sell cars they know is no good !

The people at West Coast Motors are awesome. We've been getting cars from them for the last 15+ years. They always have what we're looking for great prices and work well with us on getting the best deal. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go here.

I have bought 11 cars from West Coast. And I just want to say Ruben and Capri are very good to me. If any issues came up Capri wound not even question me. He would just say bring it in we will fix it for you. I will continue to buy cars from them. Laura Kniffen

The people do not keep their word. I was behind on payments because the car was in the shop after a collision. I spent most of the money on a rental car. Once the car got fixed, West coast motors repo the car with a promise of me paying the missing pass due notes the car will be returned back to me. Now they have changed their minds. The car is back looking good with rims from the insurance. They're going to resell it for the same price to someone else and leave me on the side of the curb. They are NOT true to their word.
