On my first visit, I needed new brakes and tires for my X3. Carlos was very helpful with explaining the process. All BMW OEM parts. On my second visit, my service engine oil light came on and since I was out of warranty, I came here. I reached out to them in the morning and within two hours I was at the shop and they were working on my car. They reset all the lights too. Much less expensive than going to the dealership. Honest work with integrity at this place. As a female, I like to learn about my vehicles and they were happy to explain any maintenance. I will not hesitate to come here again. Thank you!

These guys are absolute beasts — they completely broke all the stereotypes. I have a 2023 BMW X7 that I’m getting ready for winter. I bought 20-inch wheels, winter tires, and TPMS sensors. I went to two tire shops in Westwood, and neither of them could handle the job. At the first shop Big Brand Tire & Service, they quoted me $270. 🤯🤯 At Pep Boys, the price was ok, but they said they don’t work with TPMS sensors on European cars. These guys did everything: — installed the wheels — installed and programmed the sensors — checked the alignment And all of that for a good price! 👍 I highly recommend these guys. Absolute pros. I came in yesterday for a tire patch and overall I really like this place. The staff was friendly, they got me in quickly, and the repair was done fast. I’ve had good experiences here before, which is why I came back. That said, I was a little surprised by the $60 charge for a simple patch. I understand businesses have overhead and I’m happy to pay for good service, but that price felt a bit steep for what seemed like a straightforward repair. I’ll probably still return because the service itself was solid, but I do hope the pricing can be a bit more transparent or competitive in the future.

I was taking my dog to the vet in a horrible rain storm and caught a nail on the 405. Pulled off the freeway with a flat and called AAA. They sent the tow truck to take me 20+ miles to a shop, but the tow truck driver recommended West Coast Tire which was much closer. He got on the phone with Carlos and we headed straight there. Once I got there, Carlos and his team were the absolute nicest guys. Reassured me they’d get my car on the rack immediately and take care of the problem, showed me to the very nice waiting room and offered me a hot cup of coffee (my dog and I were soaked from the rain and freezing). Amazing experience. I was about to go to work and I got a flat tire in my driveway. I almost cried. I googled west coast tire service and they were there in under 1 hour. He fixed everything and filled my tires with air. This is the BEST mobile tire service I have ever seen. I hope I never have another flat tire but if I do, I’m calling west coast. Thank you!
