West Coast Towing

I went to visit my daughter on the 23rd of December and was to spend Christmas day with my family at her residence at The Parks at Fig Gardens Complex in Fresno California when I notice on that particular day, Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas a Black Tow Truck with a sign on it West Coast Towing Company posted on it. The driver was a Caucasian young man between his late twenties and early thirties driving around the apartment complex individuals parking stalls and I did address to him that what he was doing is a violation of the law and he said his company is contracted with the apartment complex and he has the right to tow vehicles by the way he was literally looking at vehicles license plates numbers even while they were parked in their stalls and game a reason he had a legal ri

Car was towed Sunday, February 15th at 8:40PM, stayed in the tow yard on Monday February 16th (President's Day), and picked up at 8:41AM this morning, February 17th, after I arrived early, waited outside until 8:30AM (when the business is supposed to open). No one was there so I called. The man who answered the phone said he would be right there. About 5 or so minutes later, he drove up in his nice, shiny, white BMW. We entered the building and was able to pick up my car, $710 later, at 8:41AM. I was charged a full 3 days when my car was at the tow yard for less than 36 hours!! HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?!?! Highway robbery. I will be filing to take them to small claims because this is not right and their prices are hidden. California law requires companies to disclose fees, and under AB 2210,

Talked to a nice person on Friday who was helping me sort out my registration stickers and was told to call back on Monday to follow up. I called back on Monday at 9:45am and was met with the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Hung up on me multiple times, refused to look up any information on my vehicle or follow up with my case, refused to give me any information on who I was speaking to or let me speak to upper management, and threatened to tow my car just for making his “job difficult.” Disgusting customer service and if my car is illegally towed due to my inability to follow up with them I will be filing for reimbursement.

They're hiding their shady business practices, when they're closed they answer the phone but when you're ready to pay they make you wait for hours. Someone quoted me at 400, once I got there it was higher then what the price was promised. I had to call their security company just to get someone out there. I called their phone 20+ times. You can't get your car you give them the key to bring it to you. After I picked up my car I noticed that they kept my car unlocked the first time I went. I don't trust them and neither should you. 0 stars should be a option because of businesses like this one.

Was visiting a friend of mine and parked in their stall. not even there for 2 hours Go out to leave and find my truck missing! If it hadnt been for someone outside i would have never even known that it was towed. When I call them. After them hanging up on me, they tell me im not allowed to pick it up until the next day where they are going to charge a 77$ daily storage fee on top of 310$ tow fee, 30$ drop off fee and after hours saturday pickup fee because they wouldn't let me get it right then and there. Totaly rude and wouldnt do anything even after they were called by my friend who lives there that it was fine for my truck to be there.
