What an absolute pleasure it was working with Rick. Professional, knowledgeable and communicative individual. Unfortunately I got into a car accident and the police officer called some random towing company and they were charging me a ridiculous price. I called West End Towing and they took good care of me the whole way with an amazing price. Very grateful for these guys. Unbelievable service In 5° winter weather! Showed up right away! Professional! Loaded the car up right away and was on his way. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I could not possibly have been more pleased! He was there in 10 minutes, in the deep freeze, on a tiny narrow street. Did not faze him in the least. He even shoveled out the end of my driveway to safely get the car out, was thoroughly professional and personable, no short cuts, just plain good work, hard to come by these days, but SO appreciated when it happens. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
