Overall a good experience at this shop. The front desk was friendly and the communication was great. What they did service was done well and in a timely manner. I think that this is a good shop, but the advice to go to several different places for diagnosing big problems remain true. They misdiagnosed the issue I was having with my Honda. Came in for engine noise, they recommended a few things, but I authorized only some of the repairs. Leaving the shop, I was under the impression that the car would be fine, just that it would run a little rough. But instead of running a little rough, it ran horribly, even stalling three times during the 18 minutes we had it back. Took it to a Honda dealer, and they verified what the shop had said, except for 1 thing. The shop didn’t notice that one of

Went in for a CVT drain/fill and ReLEARN, cooling system pressure test and debug why the cooling fans weren't coming on( temp sender) for my Suby. Been here several times over the years. Old , established business with a good track record. I'd come here more often but my Suby is very dependable. Shuttle service, too! Good folk.

Your work has been excellent, generally. I came to this opinion when I had a recurring inexplicable dead battery. I tried the dealer a few times, then a couple of other service centers, and they all failed completely to find the problem. You guys did! That by itself won me over (I had a theory myself about the problem and offered it to all the other places, and they brushed it off...but I was in the neighborhood of the correct answer that only your place discovered and fixed quickly) Since then you've been my go-to place and with few exceptions the work has been excellent, the prices reasonable. In particular, I've found you front desk staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and honest. To me this is rare! So praise them for me.
