West General Auto Repair and Body Shop

I'm hesitant with today's environment with prices so high that most mechanic shops are too eager to charge the maximum for work on parts that may or may not be needed. But in this case I can say that I was treated with repect. Polo who was in the main office and was who helped me. Was a total professional and gave me good vibes. Nothing like the other mechanics that I've had to watch sideways because they just wanted to maximize thier pockets. He was honest on pricing for labor and would give me the total once he figured out what was wrong. Which he did and was reasonable. Overall was happy with thier work and felt that I can definetly return for future repairs. Would definitely recommend!

Very great service here and affordable prices. The customer service is definitely 10/10, I was very comfortable with leaving my car at this shop. I won’t recommend any other shop but this one !
