Worst vehicle purchase experience in 52 years has been with this dealership especially the West Herr Honda in Lockport! They lied to us, they manipulated us into buying a vehicle that was not ready for sale, and then while needing repairs to a vehicle they should not have sold us they have pushed us aside taken our money and could care less about getting our vehicle on the road. There are 172 point inspection is worthless when you find out that oil levels are completely empty and no inspection was ever done before selling us the vehicle

My 2012 BMW 7 series has been at West Herr Volkswagen Collision shop since May 3rd. I keep getting different excuses why my vehicle isn't ready from the collision agent and manager.
