West Herr Chevrolet of Hamburg Service and Parts

Had my 2500 HD w/ Duramax engine at West Herr Fleet Service last week for scheduled service and a brake issue. Needed full rear brakes and some suspension work. Shaun and his staff were excellent. Work was much more than they or I anticipated, but they got right on it and completed it on time as promised the next day. Everyone was courteous and professional and the work was done correctly. Last year it needed full replacement of the DEF system and the same. Great work, on time as soon as they could get the parts AND I expected to pay a lot since I purchased the vehicle used, but Shaun did his homework and was able to cover it under factory warranty. Saved me about 5k! I'd recommend them for dealer service and will be taking my vehicle there in the future for any dealer required or preferre

Shaun was able to get my vehicle in on short notice. Found an issue that needed repair before the vehicle could be inspected. Kept me informed of the progress and then completion. He also sent me a link so I could pay for my repair after hours. I will definitely use them again for routine maintenance as well as repairs.

I have always trusted West Herr Chevy to take proper care of my vehicles. I just had an oil change and asked them to look at my tires. They sent a detailed video of all the things they looked at. I was very impressed.

West Herr Chevrolet did an outstanding job with a full interior cleaning of my vehicle after it was repaired by West Herr Collision. Their attention to detail was perfect and the oil change was also done saving me another trip. Their communication with me during the process was excellent and overall I was beyond pleased but not surprised because it’s West Herr Automotive where customer service is tops. Thank you,
