I showed up unannounced! I was given a warm welcome by Kevin the manager and Peter, my sales person. I was looking for a specific vehicle and that’s where the focus stayed. I wasn’t rushed or pressured at all. It was a very relaxed experience. It was a pleasure to have Evan go over the vehicle with me. I am enjoying driving her everywhere. She is a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and her name is Lily. lol.

Just purchased a new Ram 1500 from West Herr. The process was so easy and pleasant. The sales team listened to our needs and wants and helped us with many different options. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase from West Herr and can’t wait to work with them again the the future. My sales rep (Sabri) was also amazing and made the process very pleasant. Was in the market for a new vehicle and attempting to find out information on how best to get out of my negative equity. I ended up working with Peter, which was great and sympathetic to my situation. He gave me a realistic approach and understanding and attempted to place me in a new car. I was able to take the car home for the night and test drive it. However, my experience took a drastic and very uncomfortable turn when introduced to the finance manager Rohan. He was VERY eager to get me into a new car, attempting on MULTIPLE occasions to get me to sign the deal and put money down the same day. I recognize the my credit situation was not the most ideal however he was very eager which made me increasingly uncomfortable. Additionally, when I took time to process Rohan personally called m
