Really excellent experience overall. They had my car for a little over two months because of a parts shortage, but they kept me updated the entire time and also kept in touch with the insurance my rental was using to ensure they continued covering my rental and the cost if repairs. Customer service there was always polite, responsive, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience after getting in an accident.

They are very smart people who know their stuff and whose insight has helped me get the best possible result.
