West Herr Ford of Rochester Service and Parts

I needed a warranty repair. WH Ford was great. I had waited a while for their follow up. Management got it taken care of quickly, I had a loaner for the time my vehicle was in service, and when I requested if they would help me get my vehicle cleaned up, they took care of getting that done. I am very pleased with the service my vehicle received!

Brought Bronco in for recall. They didn’t have parts to complete work (was told when made appointment they did). My car got hit by another customer while there so now I have to deal with that as well as make arrangements to bring back again for recall work. Overall first West Herr experience not the best! Mrs Brightside (see what I did there?) was the General Manager Ashley who was amazing and took time on her day off to not only talk to me but coordinate and actually give me a person to talk to me at dealership about the whole situation. She rescued the experience for me.

We had our BMW repaired after a deer hit. Excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional work, transparent communication, worked directly with insurance and it is brand new! Wish the wait times were a little less but they are in demand and we had rental included in our insurance so worked out fine! Zachary was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us!

John Papa was fantastic. Very welcoming and supportive. Was able to have my vehicle looked at and serviced quickly. Up front and honest, not looking to sell me services that were unnecessary. I highly recommend West Herr Ford and will definitely be returning.

It was nice to have my car serviced at my home. This was a recall issue but I asked a question about a prior repair and learned something about Ford models that have reoccurring issues, that I was never told before, but is essential to ask before moving forward with another repair. Very professional and polite young man, who educated me too! Thanks🙂
