I had a great experience at West John Auto Repair. The manager Hugo was professional, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was clearly explained. The technician Miguel (hope I spelled his name right) did an excellent job. You can really tell he takes pride in his work — everything was done carefully, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. What I appreciated most was their honesty and responsibility. No unnecessary upselling, no shortcuts — just solid, reliable work and timely communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop with people who actually care about their work and their customers, I highly recommend West John.

Upfront, and they’re so busy, they don’t need to hassle to get business, but of course they appreciate it and it shows. The staff was also very kind and professional; they even apologized when my car wasn’t ready at the expected time, which I really appreciated. Hugo is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. From the moment I walked in he treated me like family and made sure I understood everything about the service.
