This was the best automobile repair I've ever experienced. Carlo was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me and my parents with their numerous and excessive car repairs. He even suggested financing and helped with this process. He parents are elderly and my Dad had neglected the car for years. It runs like new and they are able to pay it down interest free for six months. This was a life changing blessing to me and my family. Carlo was honest, caring, and respectful and follows thru with knowledge and integrity. I highly recommend this place and give it 10 stars! Thank you Carlo!

I picked my car up this afternoon and with the short time I've had it, I am most definitely satisfied with the service I received. The gentlemen I was in contact with were personable, professional, knowledgeable and comfortable to do business with. I will definitely use West Kearny Mesa Automotive again.

I love this place. They have great customer service and I always trust them to do what’s best with my car. I got an oil change last month. I used their free shuttle which has been so helpful for me the few time I’ve taken my car here. Pedro was my shuttle driver and he was so sweet! What was just a short chat in the car to him made my day. Thank you for being kind it goes a long way! :)

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service. I was told they only needed to replace a belt. And the price was going be much lower than what they charged me for. When I came to pick the car up I was charged for a part which was not discussed on the phone call when he was going over what needed to be done. They charged me $300 for the parts which in itself is way more than its worth, and the worst part was they charged me 600 dollars for the labor?! At that point I asked how much they charge for labor and was told $190/hr. This price is already way more than it should be considering most shops only charge $100-150/hr , they also took advantage of the situation and took way longer than needed. I was the only customer there and they took about 4 hours. Overall I will NEVER be going back because of
