Nicest, most trustworthy people and nicest place. You need to schedule your work well in advance, they are usually booked out a month. The interior waiting room is clean and spacious, I never mind waiting there on my work to be done. There is a high top table, sofa and chair and a TV quietly playing.

I recently encountered a flat tire, and as it turns out, the damage was so severe that it could not be plugged. The folks at West Lake Automotive were outstanding in obtaining an exact replacement tire on the same day and replacing it on our vehicle. They were courteous and friendly, making the whole ordeal much more tolerable. Highly recommended.

Very honest and fair... Finally an auto shop I trust! Another local shop said I should consider a new engine for $6k and Roger and his crew figured how to fix the problem for less $300. I recently bought a car and trailer from them and it was a pleasure to deal with good people. That's who you got here - good people.

Wow. Stopped by with a screw in my tire before loading up and heading home. Within minutes they had analyzed my problem and sent me on my way.....and wouldn't take a penny. You just won a customer for life if I'm in the area and need help. Very cordial and professional group of people.
