I want to give a big shout-out to Michele and Chris Their customer service is outstanding, and I always feel confident bringing my BMW to them for repairs or maintenance. They handle every task seamlessly, and my car always comes back better than ever. They are extremely responsive, returning calls quickly, and they are genuinely people you can trust. I honestly couldn’t ask for more — highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. Chris is a great mechanic and Michelle is very professional and attentive to you needs. They explain your needs in detail and if there's options, they provide you with all the information you need. Highly recommend as they have been working on my family's vehicles for a couple years now. They have added a new mechanic and Mike is also very knowledgeable.

I was far from home and my oil light came on. I wasnt due for an oil change so it was concerning. Someone sent me to West Main Auto. Christopher could not have been nicer. He filled up the engine oil so that i could safely drive home to my own mechanic. He even gave me a lesoon how to check the oil. I had been doing it all wrong. Highly recommend!
