West Memphis Inspection Center

Went to pick up a load of cars at the wholesale got to front at 10:20 and only 2 workers who said they are taking their lunch. Waited 2 1/2 hours for them to come back from lunch. No care for other peoples time and money, who runs a business like this? If your gonna take a 2 1/2 hour lunch and close at 3pm you need to post your hours accordingly to not waste the time of others.

Condition reports from here are often inaccurate.. wholesale pickup isn't always in a hurry to help. They sometimes make you feel like you're interrupting them...... Not every experience has been this way, but several times..I think CARVANA in general needs to appreciate their wholesale clients more.

If Carvana would sale vehicles that didn't have transmission problems, they would be 5 stars, because I have to say they went out of their way to help me! My thanks to Dalton, Nina, Amber, and Sunshine for helping me! If my car wasn't having the transmission problems it had I would of kept my car! But there customer service is 5 stars for sure! Also, I had my car taken back only to see it back up for sale again, buyers beware!
