This used car lot is just like most used car lots.. Very dishonest. They try to convince you that the finance company requires you to purchase car warranty, when no finance requires you to get any warranty. And then another employee tells you the reason why the they tell to get warranty is helping you to get a BETTER INTEREST RATE! LIES. Then they hide things that are wrong or the just don't do there due diligence and inspect all things.... I've found a broken lock/unlock switch on the passenger side door, or the seat control switch and switch cover on drivers seat.. and who knows what. I always thought this used car lot was different, but I was very wrong.

I recently purchased my daughter’s first car with Jeremy Rocha. We had driven from Houston to Victoria searching for the right car at the right price. We tried Facebook marketplace on social media as well, and that’s a scam factory. We went to several shady dealerships and wound up at a few “tote the note” schemes too. It left me feeling icky. I am so thankful we pulled into West Motors in Gonzales. They had a nice selection of vehicles, the staff were kind and straightforward, and we found the perfect car. The financing was better than our local bank’s too. There’s no need to drive out of town for a solid used car. Just go see Jeremy, and I bet if West doesn’t have it they will do their best to get it for you! I would do business there again, and considering I have three more kids to go…

My transmission died on I-10. Stranded outside of Luling. I had to tow it all the way to Houston for warranty service. I called 9 towers. Duane was the best price. By a lot. Better yet? He picked up my car less than 2 hours later, and towed it all the way to the transmission shop in Houston, right to their door. Then? He dropped me off at my house. Excellent service. Also... his truck was clean. No wrappers, dirt, funky smells etc. Plus- Duane is a really good guy. So... feel free to call around, if you want. But my experience with Duane at West Motors was about as good as it gets. Great price, quick top- notch service.

Had a great experience buying a car at this dealership. They have good quality vehicles, reasonable prices and provide CarFax for their inventory. Jeremy was wonderful and helped us make the final decision to get the car we wanted. Would highly recommend them.
