West Palm Beach Genesis

This dealer has problems. Poor customer service. When I entered the customer service office. No one acknowledge I was even there. And, when I was spoken to, I was treated like I interrupted them. It never got any better. I never got a direct answer on the status of my car and when it would be ready. The work was for warranty repairs. Apparently this dealer was recently bought out and it is obvious the employees were not trained at their jobs. I saw countless examples of this as I waited.

I had an amazing and seamless experience working with Jack (sales)! He helped guide me through the process and select my first luxury vehicle. I got everything I wanted and I’m completely satisfied with my deal. My finance guy Raiddy helped to make everything possible! Thank you again guys!

The service at this dealership is awful. Andrea is an amazing service advisor. My first visit was awful, my Genesis was filthy and a tech left the coke bottle in my vehicle. I was upset at that fact I was getting it back dirty and no one tried to clean it beforehand. I have a monthly car wash membership, therefore my vehicle is always clean. They kept my truck to get it cleaned and put me back in a rental. I was in a rental unnecessarily because it was cleaned by that night and I should have been able to pick up the next day. No one would respond or return my calls. I could see my vehicle and every time they went in it through my app and the alerts. My vehicle stayed in the same spot the entire weekend. Since the dealership change hands the service is ABSOLUTeLY TERRIBLE. Appiontments are actually available with 1 month (ni matter if it is just regular maintenance or repair). Recently I had an issue with my 2025 GV70. I went to Lake PArk willing to pay although it is a warranty item. I was advised to go to West Palm Genesis. I had to wait more than an hour in the car for the advisor. When he finally showed uo he told me that I need to leave the car but Forman will assign the repair in 48 hours and I can get the car back in 4 days. Of course he complained how busy they are due to the holidays (now this is almost February, what holidays???), It is true they provided a rental. After 3 day I enquired by phone no cal back, of course and in person. I was told they are too busy again with t

I am surprised that Genesis is affording this dealership with a Genesis franchise. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from the service writer and dont hold your breathe for a return call. It was a routine service. I love my car, but this dealership representation does not meet up to the standards I am sure the manufacturer expects.
