West Palm Beach Kia Service Center

Arrived for a 30,000 mile service. The price was not given when scheduling online. Was flabbergasted to find out they wanted $1,077+tax. What are they going to do...gold leaf my rims?? Declined and asked for oil change and tire rotation. Was then told that they accidentally overbooked services for the day and work might not be done for 3 hours. Workers are pleasant enough but will be taking it elsewhere in the future.

Can you imagine buying a new car in 2025 and having to go to the Service Department with a dashboard full of alarms before the first oil change? According to them, the car was hit, but it never happened. After a conversation, they admit it could have been a small rock, during a rainy day, in a very sensitive area under the car, but they're not in charge of the car's design: so do I? The worst part is a triple quote: (a) $1,057.30 [$729/LABOR!]. After explaining that it must be covered by the warranty or the additional maintenance contract signed (which is a scam to sale oil changes), they change it to (b) $540 for the replacement of the damaged part, but in the end they perform (c) a vulgar repair of the apparently damaged part (not a replacement) for $450 and don't change the oil or filt

Do yourself a favor, do not go there, and don’t pay the extra for maintenance there. Spent 6 hours on my first oil change ( with schedule). Went to Mobil 1 in royal palm and the guys did it ( without appointment ) in 10 mins. Kia needs to hire more mechanics, meanwhile, go somewhere else

🚨BEWARE!!🚨 Don’t bring your car to this service center!! I have a 2019 Kia soul that I bought brand new, no problems or issues since I’ve had the vehicle, regular oil changes inspections etc.. The check engine light came on out of nowhere and I brought it to this Kia service center based on the engine control unit error message that appeared on my screen, along with the check engine light. Before bringing it to Kia, I looked up to see if my warranty would cover an issue with the engine control unit, and I was under the impression that it would. Upon bringing it in, the person that took me in asked why I was at this service center, and I explained the check engine light came on with the engine control unit error message, and he asked if I had gotten gas and put the gas cap on correctly.
