I'm so grateful for all the work Jesse and his crew have done for my 2015 VW GTI. Jesse is incredibly knowledgable, but always delivers information kindly and clearly. I've learned a lot about my car because of Jesse and am so grateful I'll have it for years to come because of him. I highly recommend West Seattle Mechanics to anyone with a Volkswagen and anyone looking for quality care from someone you can trust.

I'm not the least bit surprised at the quality of the reviews shown here for the guys at West Seattle Mechanics as they absolutely deserve it. They were able to get me in very reasonable time even with a fully loaded shop to help get me back on the road after a coolant leak issue on my car. Incredibly honest and up front with timeline, pricing, and an absolute pleasure to chat with too. Great customer service seems to be the prevailing motivation for the team here and I'll be recommending them to friends in the future.

Excellent customer Service: Here’s why I say this. Sunday afternoon I was looking for a gas station in West seattle to fill my nearly flat tire with air, I tried three different Gas stations each either had no Air compressor or the hose had been cut. I searched for air near me, West Seattle mechanic came up. They answered the phone even though they were closed, then, he listened to my predicament and proceeded to tell me several options in the area with Les Schwab or Jiffy lube (all closed also) and finally a 7-11 “on the corner just before the bridge”. They had a perfect air compressor that allowed me to pre-set the pressure. Thank you West Seattle Mechanics. I’ve never had my car worked on before but if you work on Jeeps, I’ll bring mine to you.
