West Side Auto Wash

I’ve always used the self service side and always highly satisfied. Only car wash I’ll use! Owner was incredibly kind today and gave me a car freshener as I was leaving. Just a small gesture like that turned my bad day around!

I drive a lot and must spray the bugs first, after this the car wash does a fantastic job! I had an issue with one wash (side of car still dusty), the owner was very responsive by phone, funded a free follow up wash, and happened to be there at the time of my wash and checked in on the quality of the wash. I'm happy to support a small business.

This car wash has been the only one in Troy that I've used in the 12.5yrs I've lived here. The owners are always nice and I've never had an issues until yesterday. I have a brand new 2023 Kia Forte GT that I baby. While rinsing it I kept seeing small spots all over the paint and the glass. 20mins washing and it looks like it's dirtier than it was when I arrived. 🤨 When I was done, it had what looked like water drops all over it but was more like spots of dirt. I spent over $7 and it was covered in something odd. 😞 It was the strangest thing. I moved to another bay and spent around another $5 to rewash it. It was fine after that. I don't know what the deal was but it was strange, I've never had that happen before and was pretty upset I had to spend more money to wash my Car twice. 😞

Coming from a guy who ALWAYS washes his own car as to not get scratches from automatic car washes, this place is awesome! The touchless car wash is actually touchless! Did an awesome job on my salt covered and just plain dirty car. Dryer obviously didn't get all the water off at the end so wiped it down with a white drying towel, and it was still white after I was done! Can't believe how well it came out without any physical contact to the car. Especially for the most basic wash for 12 bucks! Not sure it would do awesome for stuck-on debris like bugs but awesome for winter! Even sprayed off the underside as you drove in!

I always bring my car here. Never disappoints. I do a cheap wash then the ceramic wash. I’m impressed by the quality and will be my trusted resource for winter de-icer remover!!
