i called west and sons and kristen the caller sent the tow truck driver andre. I was stuck very deep in the snow and he was able to get me out no problem with an unbeatable price. very nice and caring people, and they met me in under 20 min! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Would certainly recommend this company if have towing needs. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating at all levels from dispatch to driver. Responded fast enough for us to get to a tire place before they closed on very short notice so we were able get the tow and repairs done within the same evening. Thank you very much to them and their team for the effort and hard work!

Francisco was fantastic. Excellent customer service and very helpful locating our vehicle. My wife’s vehicle had a catastrophic breakdown and I was an hour away. Due to extremely cold temperatures she had to call an uber to get to her destination leaving the vehicle where it sat. Francisco worked with me over the phone to locate the exact location and he delivered the vehicle to the dealer 45 mins away. Couldn’t be more happier with West and Sons towing and their star employee Francisco. They are lucky to have him. Thanks again for prompt, wonderful service and great follow up after the tow. One of our box trucks wasn't starting on a Sunday morning at 6am.. and we had to setup a job by 10am. In a full blown panic (truck was loaded) I called west and sons to jump the truck. They were there within 45 minutes. Truly saved my day. Thank you west and sons team. I cannot recommend them enough!
