The guy at West Texas automotive wanted $400 to remove one single bolt which is easily accessible. He started giving double talk about it could have a damaged housing. This is utterly ridiculous to think that the engine block would be damaged by one bolt. This was one single bolt for the serpentine belt tensioner. It's a shame for a new business to be acting this way. Also for them to use the name West Texas I mean really is this what we are. By the way I asked him what type of dope they were selling there and he couldn't answer that. Maybe they did too much there.

They took 2.5 weeks from what they told me and kept telling me to wait they also needed to get parts that they broke on my car. Ridiculous

Sunroof broken from hailstorm yesterday, broken glasses on top of us. I am a VIP at Ford and they didn't even bother to help me with my problem they just suggested to go to a mobile detailing service and that there vaccum doesn't work with glass I am glad that West Texas Automotive accepted me on the spot and they tried their best to help me with my concern by cleaning out my sunroof with broken glasses. They are willing to help when you need them the most. You can count on West Texas Automotive. Thank you so much.
