Very shady associate working there named Chris. I called and inquired about a 2015 Shockwave and after seeing the pics he sent me we verbally agreed by phone I'd be purchasing the unit and he needed to send over the purchase order to the bank. Two hours later I was informed via text the unit was sold from under me and it was nothing he could do. He never once stated it was a deposit requirement nor did he call prior too to give me the opt to put a deposit down before accepting another. Really Shady business.....

I live in Baton Rouge and made a few trips to west Texas to get everything in order to start business. First place I looked at RVs was at West Texas Truck Stop and was so impressed by quality of RVs and the way we were treated during the process I was almost compelled to buy there without looking further but was advised to look elsewhere then comeback if we couldn’t find what we were looking for. We had been looking for a nice used RV for quite some time. Chris is amazing. He worked with my husband for about a month on this project but we finally were able to get what we were looking for. He was very accommodating and an overall nice guy. I would 100% recommend going to see him for a really good used RV or truck.

I had to sue them for sale of a motor home that "just needed gas". The vehicle was paid for and when trying to start it, it never ran. They refused to refund, pushed vehicle away from lot and disassembled the gas system and left gas tank on the sidewalk. I won lawsuit and next step is a lien on property.
