West York Collision did a fantastic job. Really down to earth folks. Leeann Fink was who I dealt with and she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. My whole experience was positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here again. 5 stars! Thanks! PS. I added before and after pics!

Leeann was the absolute best!! I had a paint issue w my brand new 24 Tacoma. Spent all afternoon at the dealership, they brought their ‘paint specialist’ in from out of state. Only for them to tell me there’s no defects. A child could have looked at my vehicle and seen the issue. So then they wanted to bring in their top paint guy, to get his assessment and a price for what the work would cost me. I drove over to West York Collision to speak with someone regarding my hood. Was the end of their work day so not many ppl left around. But Leeann was, so I show her what I have going on and what the dealership said. She took one look at it and spit out immediately what it was. She said give me one minute, comes bk w some solution. And 💥. Fixed the issue I had. Was paint overspray over the clear

Absolute worst experience! The staff is full of liars! My Jeep has been with them for 3 months and it’s still not repaired! They always have some lie about why it’s not ready!! They have done no work on it for all this time! Do not trust them!!

Have had to take my car here twice. Today was the second time I got my car back from them. They do amazing work. The last pick is the damage. You can’t tell what’s new/old. It all looks new and as if nothing happened ^_^

Thank you to the whole team at WYC for making our Pilot look better than it was from factory! (Deer hit repair in the front and some much needed TLC on the rear gate.) The black emblems are bomb! 🖤 P.S. Also, shout out to the clean up guy who tackled all of our filth from 🥎!! 🙌
