Westbank Lube Auto Plus

This is probably one of the best tire shops on the West Bank for speed and any type of tire replacement. I used them over 15 times in a few years. Their service is outstanding. This morning I had two flat tires on one of my box trucks and decided to use someone closer to where I was at, so I decided to stop by NTB. After they’re leaving my vehicle there three hours later, they called me and said that their 4-ton jacks could not lift the truck. I’ll pick my vehicle up and went down the road to these guys on lapalco, and they had the vehicle lifted up in the air with a 3-ton jack with no problem and had my tires changed out within 20 minutes. Excellent is understatement!!

Professional services I was given at this location for an oil change. Polite and knowledgeable about the type of oil I wanted. Showed me what my filter looked like so I definitely gave a 5 star for honesty as well. They will continue to have my business because they earned it. I wish all businesses ran this way. Fast, professional and honest.

I give Westbank lube and auto five star because they do deserve it. I brought my jeep to them one day because they all light kept coming on even though it was full of oil they diagnosed it quickly as a oil sending sensor they had to take several parts off the bottom of the engine to replace the sensor, including the oil filter, the air condition compressor the filter bracket just to change the sensor. I had sat and waited and within about two hours they had the sensor change and all the parts back on the light went out the truck jeep ran perfect. That was about four years ago. Suddenly, two days last week, the engine stopped running while sitting at a red light after trying to start it several times engine crank up the next day. It did the same thing I brought it to where my lube and auto

Awesome and quick service everytime I go there.... The guys over there are extremely professional and knowledgeable.... they diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within 2 hours.. They also quoted me on other things they saw that needed attention.. Bottom line these guys are the best...
