Westborn Car Wash

We just waited in a super long line and paid $15 for a crappy car wash at the Van Born location. They no longer have guys brush cleaning the front and back and it shows. Should have listened to my 85 year old mother who warned us not to go there. She had the same issue and was given a hard time because she did not return the same day. They reluctantly rewashed her car and it STILL didn’t come clean. We have good luck with the other location and just chalked it up to her having bad luck but sure enough, we got home and the front and back of our car is still filthy. The sides have dirty water streaks too. Rather than having to argue with management like my mom did, we just will not go back.

Went to the self serve bay to wash my car (on a busy day). Tapped my credit card, system said approved, but the system did not turn on. Tried twice with same result. Spoke with Justin (employee) who talked to his boss to figure it out. Ended up giving me a couple of wash tokens since I already paid. Used tokens and system still did not turn on. Justin ended up talking to his boss again who ended up giving me a complimentary wash through the tunnel. Super happy with the customer service, especially on a day they were slammed. I have been coming here since before it was Westborn Car Wash, and will continue to do so for years to come! 10/10

Great attention to detail. They make sure all the heavy dirt and bird poop is off before sending you through. Always a clean and happy vehicle after! Plus they have the good tire shine, covers the whole tire and doesn’t sling everywhere after.

Unfortunately, my car decided to breakdown when I was about to enter car wash. Held up the business for about an hour. I felt so bad while waiting for tow truck and the process it took to get out of the way. Morgan, other staff members and management were incredibly helpful, understanding and empathetic. We never know when car issues will occur but when you are surrounded by kind and supportive people- the situation becomes easier and less stressful. Thanks again to everyone!!! Great Carwash I really enjoy coming here. I love the free vacuums and they also have unlimited plans where you can wash your car once a day. The staff is great too nice and kind. Rich is a awesome guy Always goes above and beyond to help me out when I’m there highly recommend this car
