I had a great experience at the Jeep dealership service center in Westbury, and I want to recognize Stacy for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. She clearly explained the service process, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and made sure all my questions were answered. Stacy made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her communication and follow-up were excellent, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers. Because of her, I feel confident bringing my Jeep back for future service. I had one of the best experiences with a car dealer in a very long time. Michael Goldberg was a straight shooter. He knew what I wanted and he he got it to me with no bullshit lol. Been around car dealers a good portion of my life and it was a pleasure to work with him. By the way, I love my new jeep.and might leave my wife for her. All joking aside, the vehicle is amazing as usual and the service was impeccable. Thank you again for the painless process of leasing a car.

I brought my Jeep for an inspection and oil change/ tire rotation to Jeep of Westbury, NY. I was initially greeted by Steve who handled my car’s needs. The wait was going to be awhile so he arranged for an Uber to drop me home and pick me up when service was completed. When I checked out I also dealt with Anderson and James at the service desk. All 3 gentlemen were extremely friendly, courthouse and respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and highly recommend Jeep of Westbury for all your service needs.

Great experience, Had to bring my car in for a check engine light and recalls. Service advisor Jermain did a great job of informing the status of my car as it was in the shop. He went over all the things wrong with the vehicle and advised me on what to do. Very easy to get in touch if I needed as well. They gave me a loaner car which was a brand new jeep only 25 miles on it. Front desk Eva was very helpful when it was time to give back my loaner she gave me all the info I needed.

As frustrating as the reason I had to be there in the first place. My experience was quite pleasant. Had to have a passenger side view mirror replaced after it was knocked off due to a police officers lack of awareness/judgment as I was passing by. Took my mirror out. Stacey, who helped me through with the process was quite exceptional and professional. Which helped ease the whole ordeal quite a bit. Any future issues I may come up with, I would not be upset if she’s assisting me with it. Top marks to her and the team behind getting my baby (vehicle) back to original form. As far the service, I will say I honestly felt was a bit pricey. But then again. That’s the American auto industry for ya. I’m sure there many nuances about car repairs.
