I contacted this dealership regarding a 2024 Mazda CX-50 and communicated with George in sales on 2/14/26. From the beginning, I was transparent that I was a serious buyer, provided a clear out-the-door offer inclusive of standard taxes and fees, and noted that I would be traveling from Long Beach, making timely and direct communication important. George replied a day later. Despite presenting a specific offer and readiness to move forward, my pricing question was never directly addressed. The conversation instead shifted toward alternative vehicles and general positioning statements rather than confirming whether the offer could be considered or escalated.
