Maybe I am one of the founding members, but Hugh and his team have kept me because of their professionalism and connection to us customers….from my account management to billing, we’ve always had a real relationship with the customer service and once in a while you can even get lucky and meet Hugh personally. The agent was extremely rude/unprofessional and only wanted to upsell for higher commission. She only spoke to my mom and refused to speak to me so we asked to speak to the manager. For some reason, she continued to stay there and continue her problematic behavior. The manager did not inquire what happened but tried to dismiss/overlook it, and then proceeded to ask if we wanted to cancel our policy. When we tried to reach corporate, they told us to send an email which we never received any responses. Since this place only tried to convince us to switch to a more expensive insurance and did not bother to address client’s dissatisfaction, the only conclusion that can be made is that they do not care to help their clients and are only out for their money.

This place is shady. They tried to get me to renew my policy at a higher price by claiming no grace period for a 1 day late payment. Then they sent the DMV wrong information which caused an error with my vehicle registration after I got new insurance.

I just call and want to ask a question but they say No Question and I ask can I talk with a consumer service pls they say no consumer service then can I ask your business if I have a question about insurance where and how I can get the answer from you guys. You guys have very very bad service at all.
