I’ve been working with Tony Schwab and Israel Hernandez for the past couple years from Cat rental in Pasco for our small business of landscaping. They treaded us like family they’re always there for us providing with our needs . Great team i do appreciate this team .

I called looking for help. They directed me to Sean supposedly service manager. I’m rural he said he would get back to me me immediately with a schedule after discussing with the mobile mechanic. Never heard anything after three days. I left at least three messages. Then called another 4 times no answer over two weeks So I gave up on them. I called John Deere hotline again to get technical support because issues are still there. This about 2 months later. They call him tell him too call me. He does once gives me the same answer. I’ll call your right back to get your machine fixed. I call back multiple times again won’t answer phone. It’s been another 3 weeks no response. So I called John Deere again let’s see what happens. Rented equipment a couple times from here. Was impressed with the customer service and new equipment. Didn’t have the same luck at other rental companies! A Gentlemen Erick helped me. Definitely recommend

Don’t rent equipment from these jerks. They’re not only rude but spiteful. They’ll sabotage your project with delayed arrivals and will openly tell you that you’re an idiot. There are plenty of better places in Mid Columbia
